Heavy Riots BreakOut In Kitwe As Rioters Call For RB To Step Down

There are ugly scenes in Kitwe as riots have started.
The residents who are calling for Rupiah Banda of the MMD are running battles with Police who seem to be outnumbered by rioters.
The police have since started firing blank bullets at the residents.
Tires are being burnt in the same fracas.
The rioting residents are chanting and shouting “Ruphiah Banda has lost the elections with 56% and we urge him to hand over power to our President Micheal Sata, we want him to step down ” followed with chants of ‘We want change ! We want change !..
Others are saying ” No amount of intimidation will block us from the change we all want, abash rigging “
Other rioters have since resorted to loot other peoples goods in Chisokone Market, Olympic Milling, Shoprite among other places.
The tension is very high espicially in Town centre, Wusakile, Chimwemwe, Buchi, Kapoto in Kwacha and sorrounding areas.
Tumfweko will keep you posted of the development.

Chi Bwezani just humble yourself and accept defeat. Go back to Chipata to grow tomatoes on your farm. We don’t want you because you are corrupt, a thief, a dealer, selfish, nepotist over our national resources. You have failed and we ask ichikashi cobe chi Mambilima to announce our verdict. We have other things to do in order to feed our families. Unlike you drunkard who eats out of our sweat mambala. Let Sata ateke until akalufyanye naena! Twanaka naimwe fi MMD.

Zambia does not deserve to be called a developing nation after all these years of independence and freedom.Even countries that are just emerging out of war are far ahead economically because they atleast do not allow ****** leaders to take them for granted.Peace its a joke i rather fight and die doing so for my nation than remain peacefully and die of hunger and unemployment. I urge all Zambians to standup and fight for the change they want. Banda fusaki, it is clear you are fired go before you coz blood shed.
