One thing we needed to appreciate is that the man has accepted the results and has not behaved like Mhugabe, Museveni, Gbagbo and the like. I feel the man needs our praise. May he be aloud to stay well after this. Elections have now come to pass, what we need to do is to work hard and ensure that our nation does not breakdown but be a shining example. Thank you fellow Zambians for the job well done.

Change is important, we always need to change for better and never for worse.

I was disgusted last evening to see the former Kanyama Constuency Treasurer for the opposition MMD pleading for mercy not to be attacked by PF cadres. T start with, that so called Dr. Kalonga Kanono is not Zambian, he is just like William Banda. U can tell from his accent and even the complextion that the chap is from DRC. No wonder he was so violent against Zambians. The starting point is to find out how he found himself in Zambia, plz check his status. Its time to clean Zambia of these foreigners who are busy causing violence. How can we surely have a Foreigner as a treasurer of a ruling party? Plz lets do something to redeem ourselves. my heart bleeds

I was told by my grandmother that wen zambia got its independence, pipo were vry excited, our history books also confirms to this. All of my youthful life i have wished for jst one day wen i could walk in the streets at anytime with evry sense of freedom. To my surprise on that historic day when my president was announced as winner,my dream came true as i witnessed the joy in people’s faces, we forgot abt thieves looting our homes, our poverty, our past hate and pain,it didn’t matter were the joy took you all could see was joy evrywhere and it made me want to see more so i ran the whole nite. Independence is like an eclipes, it only happens once in a lifetime, i guess those of us who were not there in the 1964, ours was 23rd September 2011.Long Live Sata and God bless Zambia
