Sata ‘Bites’ And Makes More Appointments As He Discloses That State House Is Full Of Corrupt Officers Who Needs To Be ‘Swept’

President Michael Sata has appointed and sworn-in Chimwemwe Member of Parliament Mwenya Musenge as Transport, Works , Supply and Communication Deputy Minister.
The President has also sworn in four Permanent Secretaries that include Amos Malupenga for Information Broadcasting and Tourism and Erwin Chomba who is now Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Community Development, Mother and Child Health.
Mr Malupenga was until his appointment serving as Post Newspaper Managing Editor.
Others are Ing’utu Etambuyu Suba as Permanent Secretary for Southern Province.
President Sata has also appointed Copperbelt Commanding Officer, Dr Martin Malama as Inspector General of Police, taking over from Francis Kabonde.
The President has also sworn-in former State House Principal Private Secretary Alfred Chipoya and Evaristo Mwila as Senior Private Secretaries at State House.
The swearing in of Deputy Inspector General of Police has been postponed due to a technically on the documents of oath of allegiance to the President.
And president Sata has ordered newly appointed Inspector General of Police, Dr Martin Malama to sweep State House clean of corruption.
Mr Sata says State House is full of corrupt officers who benefited from the previous government.

Thats the way to Mr Presido!bring them back on the streets we teach them how we have been surviving.but they should also know that us on the streets we give 2 yrs probation & not 3 months.y we do that is that we have to wait and see if ka Pension nga kapwa if someone can someone be able to generate his/her own income.not through curraption of course which they are so much used to.

But uyu mudala mukali; decision making is what most managers are paid for, even when it means to bite a bullet. Management of zambias God given resources can only be managed by people like sata, there was indiscipline & lawlesness in previous regime to the extent of selling banks at 27billion money less than what they spent on failed CRC. Fire them.

Mr President needs to sort out the guys at immigration, that’s where the rot is. If they did their job properly you would not have unskilled labour coming into the country posing as investors. Fitters and boiler makers? What happened to the criteria of Jobs only going to foreigners where there is no Zambian national to fill the role?

    Lady,

You are so right. As much as we appreciate the Global village, Zambia is now propabably the easiest destination for any half trained ***** with a $1000 dollars. You can see these guys with barely a word of English or Nyanja or Bemba on all these construction sites. Even the window cleaners are being driven into Zambia. People arrive on a work permit but suddenly they are staying in Zambia and running their own firms! If there is a loophole we need to seal it.

MMD was running this country like a Public Toilet were levies collected were shared among cadres. All government institutions MUST, MUST be swept with IMMEDIATE EFFECT.It is sad that corruption in MMD government was legal. People are enlightened and they should not be taken for granted.
Sata you are appointed by God not MMD who imposed itself-they were BULLIES. Fight Corruption up to the GRAVE.

ZCTU and the entire management must also be checked. The current president was unconstitutionally elected. We do not allow third term. He is aware of this. He is another one who SOLD the Zambian Workers to Mediocre employers who pay RUBBISH to the Zambian People. The Whole management must be CHECKED. What is the POSITION of ROY MWABA who openly SPOKE ILL of SATA now that the BIG MAN is the BOSS of the WHOLE COUNTRY?

Where is SAKWIBA SIKOTA who was misleading RUPIAH BANDA? Some old men do not require the respect. I am not insulting HIM and sorry to HIS family. To me the man CHEAPENED HIMSELF up to the POINT that he was READY even to LICK the Masters FEETS.He does not qualify to be an ELDER. People like Kavidele, Business made them look like FOOLS at RALLIES. SHAME. You are a SHAME to your FAMILIES especially your CHILDRENS and YOUR WIVES.

Did u know that pastor shikapwasha was against the information bill cos he did not want free press to probe Gabon crash?
The murderer was air commander at the time but however authorized use of buffalo aircraft for national team. its air-worthy status was not supposed to ferry such high calibre individuals. Shikapwashya’s love for money cost us the team.
