KABIMBA Dragged To Court For Trying To Grab Land

PATRIOTIC Front Secretary General, Wynter Kabimba has been dragged to court for allegedly threatening to disrupt the smooth operations of Munkolo youth multi-purpose cooperative society in Linda compound.
According to an affidavit filed in the Lusaka High court, Mr. Kabimba has been sued as the 2nd defendant while the Lusaka City Council has been sued as the 1st defendant.
According to the statement of claim, Kabimba is telling occupants of Munkolo premises to stop paying rent until the ownership of the premises is determined.
The statement also states that the Lusaka City Council is well aware about the ownership of the premises and is allegedly colluding with Mr. Kabimba in an illegal scheme to dispose the complainant of its bona fide property.
Kabimba has also been accused of trying to forcefully remove the complainant from its lawful property.
The multi purpose cooperative society claims that it has suffered loss and damage as a result of Kabimba’s actions.
Munkolo multi purpose cooperative society has asked court to grant an interim injunction to restrain Kabimba and the Lusaka City Council from continuing to breach its constitutional rights.

Spin and Bazooka – please don’t insult your mothers. Are you orphans or streetkids who have never known the love of a mother? Even so, you would not be on this earth without your mothers so please giv them some respect. Ba Tumfweko please find a way of editing some of these comments – or else we will have you banned.
