Its a pity that MMD,a party that came with a view of saving the masses is slowly but surely sinking into oblivion. The reason is vey simple: It was hijacked by people who did not know its original vision and these people only meant to enrich themselves.

The main culprit is no other than RB.This is an old man who inherited a very good government from Levy and people voted for him because they were hopeful that he would continue with Levys plans but he completely took a different bearing. He became arrogant, insensitive, stuffed his ears with cotton wool, started partying, garavanting around the globe, selling goverment assets with impunity, contracting loans from china for useless projects such as Mobile Hospitals! the list is endless

MMD lost its vision the moment they gave the leadership to newcomers who did not fully understand the philosophy MMD stood for when it was formed. It is really long overdue for RB to leave. He should have left long time ago, maybe before the election. Now he has left behind a more dead MMD than he had found it. The worst part is to even think of making William Band MMD president, how foolish that idea sounds. Muteteka is the best character to lead the party with Mutati. The rest are just pathetic, how I wish even Mr CDF could resign from active politics!

It’s a great pity that the people who have the wherewithal to publish news in Zambia are bad at writing English. This article is a classical example.
‘Embattled President” How is he embattled. What battle is he arrayed to fight? Is he subject to attack?
‘Flout in’ since when did the word flout take a preposition?
The Internet is an international space, please don’t embarrass us!

RB has no vision for his life, he’s just a chancer, a scavenger like a hyena who takes advantage of the swift but weak cheeta’s meat. RB was elected MMD president in April this year, did he believe in running the MMD or it was just opportunism? How do u retire just 7 months after assuming a new office? He’s a shame and a dangerous opportunist.

Do u think he had an agenda for Zambia? What if he won the elections, do u think he was going to be working? We know that even the 3 yrs were spent sleeping and travelling. Even the retirement package shouldnt be given to a lazy and useless man like him. Anyway let him disappear from our eyes, I got so tired of even just seeing him with his pomp as though he had any values to stand on. Well done Zambians for ensuring that this man disappears from our eyes

Until Zambia learns to respect and forgive others including those who have abused Zambia this country will achieve nothing remember vengeance belows to God. Until we achieve that no one will forgive you until you forgive others for whatever cause.

I think time has come to close MMD down. You guys mwaipana sana. If I am not wrong, MMD has lost more people than UNIP did during the fight for independence. Just count since Arthur Wina. Then can any one say what happened to the founder members of MMD. Who will counsel whom
