Immigration Department Arrests 41 Ethiopians

The Immigration department has arrested 41 Ethiopians for illegal entry into Zambia.The department’s Public relations Officer, Justine Siame has confirmed the development saying the Ethiopians were intercepted at Mpika.

Mr Siame has further told Muvi TV news that the 41 have since been detained in police custody and they appear in court soon.He has stated that the 41 Ethiopians were concealed in a Zambian registered truck, carrying cooking oil and it is believed they were enroute to South Africa via Chirundu.

Mr Siame has added that the immigration department has also detained the owners of the truck.

    Pliz expose the truck owners.iam sure they entered thru nakonde boarder.The law must take its course.Police are now working than in Bwezani ziko pansi Banda

    Home affairs and immigration please come to johnlaing compound and kanyama to arrest foreigners from congo DRC, Rwanda, Tanzania, burundi etc.the compound full of foreigners no wonder crime rate is high in the mentioned compounds because the people has no permanent homes. they only sleep in their shops.they operartes groceries shops and most of them do not have passports and have opted to marry zambians ladies in order to aquire quick citizenship. i can still help you to locate these people.

    ZENTIAL and PIKE keep it up,thats being patriotic.Yes the immigration dept should show their contact numbers for us as concerned citizens to give them information about those illegal immigrants.

    We’ve to be very careful with such people. Al-shabaab threats here in Kenya are a breath of everyone everyday. People can’t even move freely these days for fear of terrorism.

    Just watch Somalis who are a menance in the world. They have bought land in Zambia to unbelievable levels along Great North Road. Remember Somalis are bombing Kenyan society because they dont like their wester life style which is unti- Islamic. They can do the same in Zambia. Review all land sale to Somalis and those petrol stations all over without safety considerations under MMD govt.
