GOLD SCAM : DICKSON Jere Introduced Buyers To DEC And Had Links BEFORE The Sale Of Gold Started

Rupiah Banda’s former spokesperson Dickson Jere introduced gold buyers to the Drug Enforcement Commission and immediate-past commissioner Aaron Zulu, intelligence sources have revealed.
According to intelligence sources familiar with the investigations into the controversial gold sale, the deal between the buyers and DEC was sealed with the help of state house last july.
The sources said Jere had links to the buyers long before the sale of Gold started.
‘According to the briefs we have recieved from our team on the ground, Mr Dickson Jere confirmed that he called Mr Aaron Zulu [then commissioner of DEC] and told him that ‘there are people coming to look at the gold, attend to them,” the sources said.
“Infact, senior DEC officials told our team that ‘those people who bought gold came from state house’. Mr Zulu instructed security personnel at the gate [of the DEC premises] that ‘there are people coming’ when they arrive usher them in’”.
The sources revealed that there was no bidding in the sale of the gold and the transaction was ‘orchestrated at state house’ during the Banda regime.
Sources said individuals representing iinternational companies were going to the DEC offices to inquire about the gold but there was no advertisement in the media about the sale of gold.
The sources said the buyers came to Zambia using a private jet and landed at Mfuwe International Airport and then flew to Lusaka and landed at Lusaka Internstional airport [now KK Airport] as domestic arrival.
The sources said on July 7, 2011 the two buyers went to the DEC offices, with the help of state house connections, and appeared before a seven member panel of DEC officers that included Zulu and other senior personnel.
The sources said Fortified gold was not advertised before sale as the case to claimant of ownership.

Ba Charity and others there is no smoke without fire. Dick is smoke and RB is fire. For Dick to act, RB must instruct period!Hence, there is no witch hunting in following the suspects. Why should we leave them alone when they are the best provider of required data?
And you Muntu, if you are bored switch off and stop contributing. Its time corruption was fought and let the commission do its job. So far no one is guilt to appear before the courts of law. Prejudice is not good. The findings will vindicate the innocent. Who are we to be passing on unsearchable judgments?

It is clearly mentioned that it was a State House connection. State House is RB and his bootlickers period. Until proven innocent will RB be clean. If a deal is orchestrated from your home, will Police pick the children? Everyone who leaves in that house will be aligned to the activity at hand and that includes the head of house no exceptions. H.E MCS created space for the prisons to be occupied by thieves… countdown to court and prison…holidays are over, behold the time to taste prison life.

This may prove what everyone all along suspected that Tricky Dickson hust like another Dick called Richard Sakala were abusing their positions as press officers at State House. Indeed RB was in the dark about what Dickson was doing. Dickson prevented a lot of people from seeing the President and issued statements to people as though it was the President. Dickson set up a website for RB and I doubt whether RB ever read what was written there. Like Richard Sakala, Dickson Jere must be judged on his own merit for his misdeeds and RB should not be named with him. These press officers must learn that they are not the President.
