REPUBLICAN President Michael Chilufya Sata is today Saturday 11/26 expected to welcome back state house animals which were ‘deported’ by then republlican president Rupiah Banda from State house.
The Zambia Wildlife Authority (ZAWA) are expected to deliever the animals to Mr Sata at state house today.
ZAWA was ordered to remove animals from state house by Rupiah Banda after a monkey urinated on his face in front of Live Television, diplomats and journalists.
On Wednesday 24 June, 2009, a monkey urinated on then Zambian President Rupiah Banda as he spoke to journalists outside his former State House offices.
The embattled former president softly shouted: “You have urinated on my jacket,” and paused as he looked up to see the animal playing in a tree just above his chair.
“I will give this monkey for lunch to Mr Sata,” he joked, referring to then opposition Patriotic Front (PF) leader Michael Sata, who defeated him in this year’s elections.
“Perhaps these are blessings,” he said continuing his address amid laughter from the audience of journalists and diplomats.
There are also many species of antelope and birds in the State House grounds in Lusaka.

indeed dadi, the monkey’s behavior was somehow a very brilliant prediction about the future in which we are in today.it was a clear indication that RB was disliked even by the animals…

I hope Sata will not feast on the animals more especially that he is Bemba and monkeys are a delicate to bembas. Advice to ZAWA is that they should count all the monkeys including those unborn just to prevent someone from feasting on them. kekekekeke

Bwezi had excessive presidential powers but applied wrongly on innocent monkeys. Legally monkeys can claim ownership of state house grounds having been there longer than Bwezi. Should the monkeys decide to take Bwezi to court am ready to provide free legal services.

Its really sad and indeed shocking to learn that even the animals themselves were grevious enough to publicly express their displeasure in this heartless man RB who just wanted to have and acquire everything for himself. Make such sure everyone else with such a heart like RB learns a lesson that even animals will reject them before it even comes to their fellow human beings. What a shame!

Government U-turns on deported state house monkeys. Commission of enquiry set up and their first person summoned is RB and a witness also called to testify is Doraa Shiliya due to vast experience in peeing.
