FORDSON KABOLE Brags “Its ME Behind Power Dynamo’s Success This Season And NOT Chambeshi. He has Just Stolen My ‘POWER’”
FORDSON Kabole has complained that someone has stolen his thunder at Power Dynamos this season.
According to Lusaka Times Sports, they carried a story quoting sources on the status of who was duly the secret to Power success in the 2011 season. On Tuesday, Fordson Kabole revealed all.
They had reported that Kabole and not Beston Chambeshi has been in charge since April but the report was dismissed as mare uninformed speculation.
However, Kabole who rarely gives long interviews confirmed that he was the architect of Power’s success this season.
“This team has been coached by me since April. OK, you know what happened at the beginning of the season there were some sort of riots so that when we decided that now I take over coach,” the soft spoken Kabole said.
At that point, Chambeshi had collect just 8 points from six games in charge at the start of the season.
“Though I do not go on the bench I sent the young man (Beston) on the bench. There is no change in anything. In training I am the one who has been coaching the team since April,” the media shy coach said.
Asked how he would feel if the 2011 coach of the year award was handed to Chambeshi on face value, Kabole said: “If you say he is the coach of the year it is up to you.
“If I sit on the bench what he is going to do? I have kept him on the bench.
“He is a senior coach to whom is he going to offer assistance because am a senior coach and he is a senior coach so how does a senior coach assist another senior coach?”
This weekend, Power face Konkola Blades in the final of the Barclays Cup at Arthur Davies Stadium seeking a league and Cup double.
Meanwhile, Kabole insists that he has no hard feelings against Chambeshi under the circumstances.

Please Mr. Kabole take it easy. Already we have heard your machinations using under hand methods to sideline Chambeshi. If Chambeshi is not the man behind the success of Power Dynamos success, then who is? He was the man on the bench giving instructions. Remember the Kalewa game in Ndola when Power lost 1-0? The fans manhandled Chambeshi for that loss. Why didn’t you come out in the open to the fans and claim failure. It is very disappointing. You disgust me

ba kabole leave the youngman alone…….please. we all know chambeshi as the coach of power dynamos and you are technical manager or something…..and the coach takes the kudos and the beatings in case of a win or a loose respectively like it happenned in ndola here.

Why is it that when a success has been scored people want to come out and unashamedly claim its theirs?
If you have been wholeheartedly coaching the boys during practice ba kabole ‘a job well done and hats off to you ba mudala for supporting beston (and power shouldnt forget he was our player back in the days). For now ba mudala ba kabole the accolades go to beston, period! keep working as a team, dont spoil it now.

Mr Kabole as far as i know is Technical Director and Qucik silver is the coach.So for coach of the year the award should go to Beston.Whats your beef Fordson…Grow up.

Whats wrong with this Kabole, just find a team and coach them so that you achieve your own goals.Beston did a good job and you want to be part of his achievement.
You coached Ba Nchanga Rangers and achieved your goals no one came your way to pull you down.
Na coaching yamiti, which team are you going to coach.

The two having been working together for the past three years and we didn’t win anything thats when Kabole was told to be technical advisor and Chambeshi took up the role of Head Coach, all i would advise Kabole is to Congratulate Chambeshi and continue working as a team and not bring disunity when success has been recorded we need you more as we prepare for champions league you have the experience at continental level that we will greatly need, you are all winners.

I have watched all power dynamos home games and a few of their training sessions. Chambishi has been in the thick of things. Any coach in the world can loose a game. I know power dynamos decided to hand Kabole a technical diector’s job for fear of loosing millions of maney like is the case with Dario now.Now advice to Kapoma and team. As it is now, these two guys can never work together peacefuly. Pliz call a spade a spade and get rid of Kabole and. If He is still a liability, then give him a job at CEC.Go Power go

Mr Kabole whats your grief? Rejoice with your friend when something good happens to them then the Lord will bless you,dont be jealous.Just thank God that your TEAM MADE IT,For the support you have shown to Mr Chambeshi we give you a credit.Stop fighting of wanting to become the coach in the next league just play your role again you will make it as a Technical Advisor.Team spirit is what we want.
