REPUBLICAN President Michael Chilufya Sata has finally moved into his official ‘Nkwazi House’ residence at State House.
A check at his house situated on Omelo Mumba Road in Lusaka’s Rhodes Park area yesterday revealed that there was neither the presidential flag nor the green cordon cones.
The place is however still under police guard.
Sources said President Sata moved 5 days ago.
Tumfweko has however understood that President Michael Sata’s attitude towards issues of his security is worrying security and intelligence government experts.
Sources close to State House stated that Mr. Sata remained at Omelo Mumba Road, in Rhodespark as government renovated State House to suit his taste and that of the First Lady, Dr. Christine Kaseba.
Omelo Mumba Road was sectioned off with barrier booms 21 days after Sata was elected and his private home was flying Zambia’s orange and green flag to symbolise the presence of the republican president.
Mr. Sata has also reduced the police that line up the presidential route and has significantly scaled down his motorcade claiming is man of the people.

Simeza is worried about the cost. Who tells you that there’s no cost to having a President? Ni jelous chabe!!! Security worries??? What nonsense! John F Kennedy, Indhira Ghandi, Samora Machel, Kabila snr were gunned down amid tight security. MCS believes in God. God is His Shield and Protector. No weapon formed against Him shall prosper. What security do these Zambia chaps provide? Thats why you see that foreign VIPs come with their own. We will devise our own suitable security – based on the 10 Commandments, Jesus Christ and God the Father. The rest is null and void.

Zedian feel free to use any language you feel like using, except take note of one thing – not to use vulgar language. Contribute but don’t insult. Let us feel proud of using our mother languages for effective development. If I want to know what my Bemba friend is talking about, let me take interest in learning their language. So for me, the first is my mother tongue, followed by English and not the other way round.

He can now move in. That place has finally been exorcised of the ubuchende demon. Remember maureen mwanawasa and her sexual scandals with the presidential aides? Rumours of RB and Dora “Le Grand Mputi” Siliya ( Aka Na chisusu), Mutati and Namugala orgies in those waiting rooms? We all no little Titus Mpundu made his own memories in that house, I bet he is responsible for some of those carpet stains, Vera and Archie Mactrebouy.

To Zedian
my heart bleeds with worry each time i read a comment like yours, do you think you are better than he who was behind the Lwanda Hutu Tutsi flakas of the 1990s? did you know that people like you only brings backwardness? i am now wasting time on you, trying to pump some sense in you, instead of me working, bemba or whatever language you want to use doesnt matter, what matter’s is the meaning and how many people are able to understand what you have written.
The God who created bembas, tongas… loves you so much.

cutting down on security is a very good measure, sorry to those who would benefit by increasing the numbers of guards, but otherwise, we want to have contact with our president, he needs to see what we go through. infact, i want him to din with my landlord soon, Sata is just the right person in that office at the moment, who remembers that day when Sata went to buy fuel in a container like everybody else? it takes a humble man to do what the society is doing. i personally feel God is really looking into our affairs by sending he who can leave a presidential Limo made of fine metal by great Germans for a rejected car from Japan, he who tells his guard to remember the Lord his God, he who is allergic to corruption, he who takes time to go to a place where relish is of 10 types every meal, a place where when 1 wakes up every morning, one is greeted with the natural environment of dancing monkeys, playing wild animals, a place so nice that every time one leaves it, one sheds tears, The State House!
