According to UKZAMBIANS News, the PF branch says they are shocked and disgusted at the “gutter, irresponsible and untruthful reporting of this so called news website”.
They are calling for the publishers of the article “with immediate effect withdraw the article and apologise for causing unnecessary panic of spreading negative information”. They have asked the publishers if they are still in doubt to watch the full video containing the minister’s address currently streaming online.
“Free journalism is not about rumor mongering or “copy and paste” any junk mail that comes across the editor’s desk from any source. Responsible and mature editors validate and ensure that justice and truth prevails at all times.
“At no point did Mr. Sichinga ever say knowingly or unknowingly in any context that President Michael Chilufya Sata is uneducated. For those who didn’t attend the meeting, there are video clips on zamuk.com which will shame the zambianwatchdog liars. The Hon. Minister explained in detail the economic situation, his ministry’s vision and what is being done to change the work culture. He also urged Zambians to return to help build the country. QA was well handled too” read the statement.
Mr. Bob Sichinga, Minister for Commerce and Trade addressed Zambians at the Zambia High Commission in London on Saturday, 3rd December.

I think that as zambians the present generation needs to really understand and realise that our current situation is very unpredictable for all zambians, especially when young professionals are being retired before they can work and add to the development of our country, instead they are being replaced by candidates who are already passed the retirement age, or are close to it in any case. Are we really that dim as a society to accept such, please people the party isn’t the problem, but the so called implemented change, which is doing more harm, than good. Let’s wise up, and make beneficial long term decisions, than personal ones, before we regret the future of our country.
