EXPOSED : GOVERNMENT Recruiting UNQUALIFIED Teachers As YOUTHS Call RECENT ZAF Recruitment A NUISANCE
A SCAM has been unearthed in which government is recruiting unqualified teachers.
The Zambia National Union of Teachers (ZNUT) has disclosed the development and questioned the criteria being used in the recruitment.
ZNUT President, Newman Bubaala says the Union has information that some of the Teachers who have been recruited are not qualified.
He has called on District Education Boards and the provincial education officers to rectify the scam.
And in a related development the just published names of recruited Zambia Airforce exercise was marred with nepotism and corruption.
And recruitment attendees have also questioned the creteria used to do the selection as many claim there was corruption involved.
The ZAF recruitment has over 80% of the names selected from Lusaka province alone with these provinces like Luapula only having 7 people selected.
Other provinces had 5 selected but the majority came from Lusaka.
“It is not known if this is how the PF government has devised its plans on how officer rwcruitments will be done or its using the same culprits from the previous regime who use nepostic way of doing officer recruitment.”
The Zambia Airforce recruiting exercise is marred with nepotism.
“Much desires to be done at Zambia Air Force headquaters recruitment office as capable individuals have been sidelined by undeserving persons who have been chosen based on relational background.”
The new recruitee’s this week underwent medical examination in Lusaka and are yet to go for training.
The recently released names are dominated by Lusaka province.
Some have now refered to it as a ‘Family Force’ and not Zambia Airforce.
**WILL THESE RECRUITMENTS ONLY BENEFIT LUSAKA Province and to be particular those from well to do homes even if they don’t qualify? ARE THEY national recruitments or regional ??***

its not your results that matter but how well you do in your test.these tests are given in militaries around the world and the ones that get the highest scores in there respective fileds are picked.there relatives will only be given the chance to take the test but they stil have to pass it including the medical

@graduate alila lila some of those degrees u obtain ar questionable u c yo paper shud match with yo performance may b during de interviews nd test u dd not prove that u ar the actual holder of that paper degree wafaula dnt think that coz de paper was there nd that it was automatic 4 them to pick on u noooo u hav to convince them beyond de reasonable doubt anyway sorry 4 u yo time ll come .i hope its not a fake paper nd u shud count yoself luky cops hav not pounced on u .

We nid to remove all cobwebs in the military for a long time we have heard of corruption but since MCS is yo relative i dont think that cobwebs will be removed.

PF IS JUST AS ROTEIN AS MMD yes ZAF was done by MMD and it was SHIT Teacher recruitment is done by PF and its SHIT too zambia is nothing but a youth slaverly country. I wil never vote in my life these guys ar the same. Im a CBU graduate.

Corruption and Nepotism in zambia!!! i applied for ZAF and my name was called for the aptitude tests we wrote those,the names were printed recently my particulars were; CB0000368 M.MUBANGA- N.R.C 242057/42/1 PQEs ENGINEERING. Bt suprisingly my N.R.C turned to be 242668/63/1 after a strong feeling to verify they told me the important is the NRC.So there is nothing we can do over that.

yes ZAF selection was not done on merit. i also wrote the tests in we were only 8 in our category but to my surprise on one was pick from our province in our category u mean dat we all failed its not fair.

Ba kataka,stop is madness,have can pipo with proper papers fail to pass the tests,you need to know someone for you to be selected,sons and wives of the offices are the only ones selected.God will wire you badly.

Iliko bad.I wrote those tests and it really didn’t matter if u have degree or what – what but how one really applies their mental skills.Nga ni mechanical reasoning u really had to not just think but think real hard, elo in seconds. The secret about such aptitudes is that u don’t waste too much time on a question, cz there were too many to write. And the marking is out of the questions u answered.

too much of corruption when pipo being recruited didn’t even take the test, when we strangled hard to study in university & these cobwebs just come out of the blues & there they go now as recruitees ..atase!!!!!!! sleepin with pipo so dat bengile inchito nelo ifwe twalebelenga,, mwefikopo mwe…

Its just every were in ministry of health the have recruited librarians to be Human resorce officers

Am so saddened to learn that maths and Science teachers were left out coz there is a serious shortage of such in our schools. The shortage is so bad that even pipo who did Natural Resource Management with us from unza have recruited. When I asked a DEBs personnel, she said the second time they advertised, they were jst looking 4 a very small number to replace those who did not report. I feel first priority shud hav been given to graduates coz they r best qualified.

Teacher recruitment is pathetic and my wife is a victim she has been left out three times now despite graduating with a merit from ktc,one suprising thing is that two people have been posted in luapula,one of the completed in april this year and the may posting he was picked just because his father is one of the big fish at provincial head quarters in luapula the second one hasn’t even complited and she is posted.This guys said apply in rural areas of which my wife did but still left out and you find many posted in towns where thy say are no places ,please mr ps education your office is rotten and stinks of corruption and nepotism

The Sata led government shud look into such matters urgently as they may compromise quality in our beautiful country. Another aspect shud be the recruitment of officers in intelligence wings like O.P. Sata I elected you because I thought you wud change things, don’t disapoint me.

PF GOVERNMENT SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY IT IS EVERYWHERE IN GOVERMENT FROM PERSONNEL DIVISION AT CABINET OFFICE TO QUASI GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS! IT STARTED IN 1984 IN UNIP THEN TRANSFERRED TO MMD IN 1991.WE HAD CHILDREN OF MINISTERS WHO HAD ONLY TWO O’LEVELS AS OFFICERS OR PASSES IN TWO SUBJECTS !

Pipo…i agre wit all wat u’v said.imagin almost 2000 did aptiud test in central bt only 45 were pick!.ine am nw usd 2 dis kind,av done alot intaviews bt i jst undstand dat God’s tym iz de best….wen dis tym cums no 1 cn say no.,.so lets learn 2 accpt.
