KALUSHA Says ‘BONNETI Never Respected FAZ But Instead Got ORDERS From RB Who IMPOSED Him On Us’
FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION OF ZAMBIA boss, Kalusha Bwalya has said Dario Bonetti failed to match the legacy he inherited from Herve Renard.
Kalusha told Soccer Africa programme on SuperSport that Bonetti did not respect FAZ and instead only took orders from State House from ex-president Rupiah Banda.
“I don’t think we had the coach that would take us to another level,” Kalusha said.
“I think that most of the other people had their own doubts about the qualifications of Bonetti and his technical know-how. I think that he faulted in key areas for Zambia.
“He was inheriting a team that had been well trained and a lot of people were sad to see Herve Renard leave for greener pastures but his contract was coming to an end and also maybe I would say he had person reasons.”
Kalusha added that Faz was right to fire Bonetti despite qualifying the team to the Africa Cup finals to be Co-Hosted by Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.
“And It was not the Football Association of Zambia that recruited Bonetti, so he was just handed to us as the coach and in many ways did not respond to our command,”Kalusha said.
“You know he respected command from a higher source which I don’t think is a good working relationship.”

But why was Kalu quiet? We doubt his integrity & ability to run football in Zambia. RB was also wrong to bulldose his way into football issues. Too much politicisation of the game.

only some one with no eye mind could say no to what kalu has said.we all see the so called Bonneti had no respect for his legimate employer,which is FAZ and not state house.RB is the of this mess.Ba Kalu only helped Bonneti to shape out coz we all could see that the man could not shape in.So Ba guy it is not Kalu but RB & his Sons to blame.

Kalu has failed to run FAZ.FAZ accounts must be audited.There’s too much financial irregulalities at FAZ.Can Kalu come out in the open and tell the nation what happened to the K1bn which was donated by MTN.Erick Mwanza should stop intimidating those who are calling for the auditing of FAZ.FAZ is for all Zambians not for Kalu and Erick Mwanza.

I don’t believe ba pompous Kalu because he and) RB were mates. When ba Kalu was in active football) used to sponser Ba Kalu. So what has changed now? Nimwe bamuselela kwakaba.just leave FAZ and go to SA where you live and running football by remote control. We don’t need that.

Bonet worked wel thats y u fools will pay him his demands bcoz his contract was extention upon qualifying the team to AFCON of which he dd. We qualified without much ado. which had never happened for along time, we always qualify with maths
