WILLIAM NJobvu RULED OUT Of AFCON

CHIPOLOPOLO Midfield Player William Njobvu has been ruled out of the Gabon/Equatorial Guinea Africa Cup of Nations slated for Next month January 2012.
William Njobvu says he will miss the Africa Cup due to injury.
Njobvu said in an interview from his Israelie base Thursday 12/29 that he sustained the injury in a league action for Hopoel Ironi Shmona.
“Yes I am injured. I broke my Minuscule in my knee,”Njobvu said.
“I am going for surgery on Monday. But for sure am out of the Africa Cup because the Doctor confirmed that I will be out for four weeks.”
Njobvu joins striker Jacob Mulenga of FC Utrecht in Holland who is also ruled out of the Africa Cup.
Meanwhile, Zambia team Doctor Joseph Kabungo said the injured players at the Johannesburg camp James Chamanga and Thomas Nyirenda were making progress in their quest to recover in time for the January 21 kickoff in Bata, Equatorial Guinea where Zambia will play two of their three Group A games.

Very sad for njovu & other injured players…Anyways, to da rest of da national team players, i urge u 2 die a little 4 Zambia & win da nations cup coz am tired of waitin. i wished 2 c z winin da troph @ da age of 11 (1994),13(1996) & so on & so forth by then,without “beards”. 2de am abt 2 turn 29(full of beards) & yet no cup….pliz guys no excuse dis tym around..only da sky is da limit….God bless u all…

i love the zambia national soccer team for real and so i wish to encourage the players to be in one acode and play together as a team.am behind u guys.
