HH Shocked With SATA’s Sudden Change On BAROTSELAND ”Failure by Sata To Honour BA64 Will Increase TENSION In W/Province”
OPPOSITION United Party for National Development (UPND) president Hakainde Hichilema says he is puzzled by President Michael Sata’s sadden change of thought on the Barotseland agreement which he promised to honour during campaigns.
Mr Hichilema has further accused President Michael Sata of dragging in dealing with issue of the Barotseland agreement of 1964.
He says the failure by the President to act quickly on the Barotseland agreement will increase tension in the western province.
Mr Hichilema tells QFM that the PF won the 20th September elections because of the promises it made to the people of western province on the Barotseland agreement.
He says President Sata should therefore fulfill the promise he made to the people of western province on the challenges they are facing.
Mr Hichilema adds that it is President Sata who is inciting the people of western province on the Barotseland agreement and not the other way round.
He further states that the issue of the Barotseland agreement should not be politicized, but requires urgent attention to address.

Tonga my brother not to worry my dear no one has said Bembas are the only ones who put Sata in power. Its Zambians. The problem is HH is surrounded by opportunists and they mislead just to get something from him. Look at UPNDs performance from the time HH took over, its been going down. That’s HH wanted to take advantage of the MMD. He knows he cannot win on his on. The BRE does not proved for breakaway. Within 90 days Sata has made steady progress on this issue by freeing the BRE activists,commission of inquiry and meeting the BRE advocates at state house.What did KK,FTJ,LPM and indeed RB do about this issue. Nothings. Zambians lets be reasonable. HH please offer solutions to this issue you are a president in waiting(2061).

HH’s politics stink and will take him nowhere.HH you need to change your approach otherwise very soon you will vanish from politics coz you will loose all your followers.Sata is doing everything possible to address the issues of BA64 but our brothers there have not been patient enough to give the current government time to study those issues as can be seen by the appointing of the COE and the pardoning of our brothers who were detained and suffering in prisons.Ku bantu takwaba cisuma.What else do people want kanshi?HH please, stop insighting people to rise against our popularly ellected president.Give him time to settle.You also promised during your campaigns that you will fight corruption but even before you are in state house,you have already made a U-turn and are dining and sleeping with the corrupt regime of Rupiah Banda.You are a shameless lier and an unprincipled young man.I pity you HAKAINDE.

You Bembas are really surprising when it comes to Lozis and Tongas,and Northwesteners.You ve had these presidents but thieves. Now this Satana promised the following in 90 days;
1. New constitution
2.Free education
3.More money in the pockets
4. 3.5million Jobs
5.Windfall tax
6.Barotse land agreement
7.Housing for all civil servants
8.Free fertilizer
9. Upgrading shanties
10. Liberating the media
Now which of these has been fulfilled? zero….Sata man of action huh!?This sweet talking,no action man. Give him the whole term he wont deliver any. What was the 90 days for.?for refusing to board on motorcade nonsense behaviour…this Satana will be the worst and talkative president Zambia has had.

BA doesent state that it will have its own independence it states it will be governed by the central government but shoul be given finacial support.Please read BA properly the issue is just under development so HH shut you trap

Its difficult to keep on trusting someone who changse promises with time. It is better to trust someone whose feelings remain the same even when time changes. HH we give you credit for bringing it in the open. We dont gossip, we believe in frank talk and the truth always pains but it cant break the one Zambia one Nation phylosophy.

Insults from some Zambians are too evil honestly and someone insulted me, hence all this.

@Kay love, thank you so much you have restored peace in me. I have learnt something and realised that we can not afford to be apart from each other as much as we don’t see each other. I really felt it. I therefore wish to advise everyone that we need each other regardless of our diverse localities and views. Let us concentrate our attacks on the ‘problem’ and not on the ‘person as an individual’. We also need to accept the painful fact that we can not all look at an issue in the same way and views; therefore, let us allow the diverse views and opinions and not burst into insults whenever we face opposing views. I think this is what I have learnt from my experience with @Kay love. We actually learn more from those opposing our views than those supporting us. Good day

Bloggers just becoz our identities are concealled it does not give us a right to mercilessly insult one anotha, god is watching. My @kay love, what pipo are simply saying about HH and barotse is, kaunda hid it frm us, chiluba didnt even want to hear it, levy threatened treason, banda killed pipo over it, but atleast sata is doing something about it. Now it may not be concluded in 90 days but an inquiry was set up within 90 days to ensure that he does the right thing is done, politics aside. So has he failed? Honestly, has he gone back on his word? Did he lie to lozis? He was on tv recently blasting chairman chongwe why he was taking long on the report, isnt that political wil my dear kay love? I have a bit of lozi blood in me courtesy of my half lozi mum, so i have alot lozi relatives. I was at a lozi family christmas party last week, so i know how they feel. Most of them are happy something is finally being done, they are willing to give it a chance and wait, no 90 days talk. HH shud know that they are also upset with him saying that the inquiry set-up to investigate barotse killing of their children was a waste of time and money. Pipo died out there how can this be a waste of money? And wen he goes to loziland to ask for a vote in 2016, they wil question him over this. So kay love, u see that he has already decampaigned himself in western province. Does he have the moral to discuss waste of money wen he allowed his MPs to chew money at NCC wen he knew it was going nowhere. And this is why pipo call him under 5, he has an immature political brain. Unfortunately pipo frm the south can not see this. Its early days and sata has an approval rate of about 60% (my own assment) and not the picture HH is trying to paint. Remember, he is a bitter person looking 4 faults. HH should drop the attitude and get a life. surely up to now he is still bitter about sata’s victory. even if sata said he will deliver in 90 days a least we have seen some changes actually i am giving them the whole full term to deliver and i am pretty sure they will. the problem is that you want to pretend there are no challenges. there was so much filth in the govt that he had to clean before he should start deliverin.even if HH was in office would not deliver everything he was promising. most of the land that is in the barostseland agreement is beyond the lozi land. so all of you thinkin that that agreement will pass u have another thing comin. maybe in the next life time.@ WIZARD u really sound so dull that am even feeling lazy to comment.
