UPND FEARS Dora Will Have UNFAIR TRIAL

OPPOSITION United Party for National Development (UPND) has cautioned republican President Michael Sata against finding people being investigated for corrupt activities guilty even before they are tried in the courts of law.
UPND deputy spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa tells Qfm that the President seems to be leading the investigative wings on how the cases involving former MMD leaders should be handled.
Mr. Mweetwa says from what the President is reported to have said upon arrival from South Africa were he had gone to attend the ANC centenary celebrations, it is doubtful whether people being probed for corruption will have a fair trial.
He notes that President Sata should lead by example in upholding the rule of law by allowing the law to take its course whenever issues of corruption are being dealt with.
Mr. Mweetwa has since doubted whether people like Dora Siliya who is being investigated in connection with the sale of Zamtel will have a fair trial.

cornelius mweetwa i respect you has a graduant but i wonder if you mix your eduacation with foolishness . No wonder you failed to make a good cop and a school teacher. children could have gone mad. Dora can not have a fair trail because of her boastful she has shown when she was in govt. Let the law take its course if you mweetwa i think he has a hand in Doras’s corruption saga. cornelius mweetwa is just bitter and he has swallowed a bee.Dora was a star he did not take any advise from anybody. Let her swallow her bitter bee. welcome to the real world. Malilia go on and proscute her thanks. God is good.

There is prima facie evidence against Dora and she will have her day in Court. Those singing the selective prosecution song should tell us who has been spared as the lot currently being probed have issues. By the way Dora, rule No. 6 of prison regulations prohibits bed wetting so buy a catheter.

Well spoken Cornelius bt am sure u’r aware dat de president is at de helm of many national activities. He even motivates others to do a good job jst like de way he is doin it with law inforcement agencies. Ur president (H.H)if he doesn’t gives guidance within ur party then he is useless. H.E Mr. Sata is simply givin guidance while putin national issues interests first. Them thieves like Dora, George and others need to go down. Cornelius knows it unless he is dull.

I personally fill that when somebody has committed a crime, its not fair to start insulting or using those big words.Let the law take its course by leaving the whole issue in the Good hands of our able prosecutors.Let us not pass judgement before the person is found guilt by the courts.Remember that we are all zambians whether someone is in jail or not.Let us all support the Good works our Republican President is trying to impliment for our well being.
    Thank you and Goodby.

plse my name is neto,i dont there is an ***** if that other neto who writes anything against my hard working presido and party which is pf is neto then its ok 4 him but if per chaance this ***** knows that im a staunch pf supporter and writes my name on those foolish things about, than he must be wasting his time.coming to the issue at hand, dora silit must be infact judged by the zambian pipo 4get the judiciary, she was not messing around with judiciaries property but zambians property. She was untouchable, smart dora zambians who are the owners of zammtel were fools in her eyes so the judge ll just help us take dora to the prison by writing all the accusation we zambians have levelled against dora which are true.I rest my case thank u.
