TENANT Evicted For Making NOISE During SEX

An unfortunate tenant was chucked out of his lodgings for making noise between the sheets when being intimate with his wife. It appears the irritated landlord could not stomach living with his tenant as he went on to destroy the tenant’s property before stealing from him.

The landlord, Robert Mafawa – based in South Africa but currently residing at Block 7C Shawasha Flats, Mbare – was found guilty and convicted of malicious damage to property and theft when he appeared before Mbare magistrate Rebecca Kavhiya.

Magistrate Kavhiya slapped him with a 15-month jail term before suspending five months for five years on condition he restitutes the stolen property. For the remaining 10 months, Robert will perform 350 hours of unpaid work.

He told the court that he had given his tenant Justin Madeya at notice for making noise during sexual intercourse with his wife.

“I had given him notice to vacate my house because they were making noise during sex with his wife,” he said. Robert claimed Justin’s wife had once approached him with intentions to have sex with him but he refused.

“His (Justin) wife approached me one day begging me to sleep with her in the absence of her husband,” added Robert.

The State, led by Eneseo Takavambana, proved that from the period extending from January 12 to 24, Robert gave Justin an eviction notice to vacate his premises after they had an altercation.

The court heard that he then removed the property and placed it in the corridor leading to the damage of the property. Instead of removing the property, Robert stole some of the property before Justin discovered the offence.

As result of the illegal removal of property from his room, Justin then lodged a police report leading to the arrest of Robert.

Both were wrong. The landlord stole some of the tenant’s property. And how do you start touching ifyabene kuti bakubepesha. Chi Justine ne cikashi also why too much noise when doing? Bad manners. That is being a public nuisance, just like Tuku showing her bottom to the public when their intention is to watch the programme. A neighbour need their peaceful rest.

Producing sounds when having sex is clearly normal cuz it showz how much sex is being enjoyed..To make noise is to disturb someone due to the sound produced by anything..That man never used to be disturbed but he used to masturbate and I guess he got tired of masturbating every time the couple is having sex so he decided to approach the wife in the absence of the husband and the wife refused..In conclusion he came up with that lame point of saying that the tenanat’s wife begged for sex..Walitunpa iwe chimudala.

any person who does not appreciate what he has is a fool. the tenant was just appreciating what he owns and these are people who enjoy what sex is said to be. the landlord is just a nuisance forget about him. noise or no noise sex is good and needs to be appreciated only thieves may think otherwise becoz they will be arrested

IMPEACHING SATA WILL NOT WORK! WE KNOW THE MMD MAFIA ARE NOW FUNDING SPINELESS CORRUPT CHAPS LIKE SYAKALIMA TO START DETRACTING ACTIVITY LIKE IMPEACHING HEMCS! WE THE ZAMBIAN PEOPLE KNOW THAT MCS HAS BECOME A THORN IN THE FLESH OF THE CORRUPT MMD WHO HAVE NOW BOUGHT UPND. UPND HAS ALWAYS BEEN SPINELESS. DURING THE NCC SAGA, UPND COMPROMISED THEMSELVES FOR MONEY BY PARTICIPATING IN WHAT THEY KNEW WAS ALREADY A FAILED CONSTITUTION MAKING PROCESS. ONLY TO SEE THE LOGIC TO VOTE AGAINST A COMPROMISED NCC PRODUCT AT THE END AFTER THEY HAD BENEFITTED. IT IS CLEAR FROM PAST THAT UPND AND ITS MEMBERS DO NOT DO ANYTHING OUT OF CONVICTION, BUT PROFIT. SO UPND & HH, MWAWA NABA KAMBWANGA MUNENU BA MMD IMWEE! YOU ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE WITH YOUR FOOLHARDY IMPEACHMENT OF HEMCS!

More fire ba Tumfweko! We need more of such sex stories from Zimbabwe. It seems the Zimbos have a great sex drive which people people ba paZed lack.

Please repeat that story in which a husband caught his wife red handed in a Harare motel and that one where two lovers were “locked” during a bout of sex.
