Its ZAMBIA, IVORY COAST In AFCON FINALE
Zambia celebrates victory after beating Ghana 1-0
Zambia will play Ivory Coast in AFCON Final. Ivory Coast on Wednesday 8th January beat Mali 1-0.
A brilliant individual goal from Gervinho put Ivory Coast in the African Nations Cup final as they beat Mali 1-0 in their semi-final on Wednesday.
Gervinho flicked the ball past defender Ousmane Berthe with a deft back heel and then sprinted 30 metres into the opposing penalty area to score just before half-time.
It was a magical goal that brought to life a toughly-contested game in which both tired-looking teams battled to find any rhythm.
The win means the Ivorians will met Zambia in Sunday’s final in Libreville.
Zambia beat Ghana 1-0 in an upset in the other semi-final earlier on Wednesday in Bata, Equatorial Guinea, which is co-hosting the tournament with Gabon.
Ivory Coast proved too powerful in the end for their fellow West Africans and might have won by a bigger margin.
Didier Drogba hit the crossbar early on with a ball off the back of his head and a thunderous shot from Yaya Toure in the 16th minute also rattled the woodwork.
Mali were restricted to long-range shooting, with their midfield talisman Seydou Keita proving largely ineffective.

iwe soccer fan were are u geting moral for dogbaz team did u see watch how samuel kuffor almost colupsed wen zambia was waking the number 2 in africa ghana its our cup 2012 we were not rated by these soccer analysts anywere near this cup for yo own imformation wen our team perished in gabon we were going to play senegal.the team we beat 2.1 and date was 21 .we scored in 12 minute day of final day of afcon and scored in 21minutes first day afcon started and we are in final in gabon were our team died .we played on the first day and we playing on the last day.watch out for zambia Gods plans are not ours .God bless our team.
