Dr MUTESA Says ‘SATA Has Failed To Use Experience To Run The Country’

Zambians for Empowerment and democracy Leader Fred Mutesa has charged that president Michael Sata has failed to show his political and governmental experience in his governance system.

Dr. Mutesa says the continued changes in the ministry portfolios is a source of concern as it the practice is most likely to cost more at the expense of other developmental programmes.

The opposition leader notes that Zambia has been implementing the public service reforms which have over the years have seen structural changes to suit the operations of the governance system.

Dr. Mutesa who described the recent changes in the ministries by President Sata as costly experiments questioned the rationale behind the continuous re-alignment of ministries.

Dr. Mutesa has told QFM that the PF is now reversing to the system that the MMD left after its experiments of trying to make the ministries suit its ill- conceived agenda failed.

He adds that the PF stands to miss its opportunity to improve on the MMD record of failing to deliver to the expectations of the Zambian people.

President Sata early this week announced the changes in the portfolios of selected ministries which also saw a mini cabinet reshuffle.

The whole world is slowly sinking like a Titanic ship. No human rule or wisdom is ever going to better up the lifelihood of every human being apart from the Might God Jehovah. Sata is also prone to errors, thats why he cant fulfil his promises. But we have hope only if we rely in God and pray for his Kingdom to come full stop.

Reserve yo critics for 2016 and air your suggestions on what will take Zambia forward. People with brilliant ideas so long they are not PF related will not bring them out, they just want Sata to fail. Why are some Zambians this selfish??

mr mutesa you are right, i have never seen such chaos in government, its like a 2 year old child is running government. how can a normal human being be shuffling cabinet everyday, something is very very wrong with SYCHO MATA mentally. everything that chanda chimba prophecized is coming true. by the time this incompitent government is finished there will be nothing left in this country. sata has already made more mistakes in this period than R.B made in 3 years.

Anyway its to early to say Sata has failed. Am going to give Sata 2 years, if is not going to do anything then i will join you Mutesa to complain about Sata not now because MMD left a lot of problems which Sata need to sort out, owing the farmers billion of money, corruptions, mismanagement, injustice etc.

There is a reason for these changes and pple just have to be patient. The best cabinet is yet to come. Do not forget president Sata, a very experienced politician with all the ability to lead a nation like zambia, is working with ministers some of who have not held such high posts ever and he has to explore who will do well in what ministry. pple you need to be patient

failure or not lets offer our president solutions to the many problems the country has.because if we take pride in seeing our president failing ,then there is something wrong with us or with in our inner circle.
honestly ba mtesa can’t you make an appointment and offer him(sata) solutions to the many arrears of your concern.
we stand to suffer if this govment fails, let us all rise up above partisan and tribal politics for the sake of each and every one of us to develop for the many years to come.

Sata has not failed but is so confused and does not konw what to do, Barotse issue, Tonga people propblem, UNZA crisis,no jobs created in 90days for youths,No money in the government, farmers not paid from last years maize,…whoops the man thought running a country was as easy ans standing on an antihill and make loud noise. He has not only failde and lamentably lost and confused ..till 2016 there will be nothing to show for PF..already 6months is gone and no direction…..while RB was commisioning projects Sata is commissioning commission of confused inquiries.By the way willies Nsanda is now board member for Zamtel.

Even as we wait upon the kingdom of God we should try to better our living in this world before Jesus comes. He has given us the gift of leadership so we can rule ourselves en not in miserable ways hoping to live bettr in the next kingdom… Christians no wonder we have to pray about which leader to choose and pray for thoz in leadership. So to cry for better governance is not a sin nor should we so holly that we bcome earthly useless?? God forbid my fellow believers, we have to be realistic that while we wait for true leader, lets demand honest leadership on earth en oso cry for the poor and all thoz treated unjustly..

This explains why TB Joshua is always bluffing us Zambian. failure should have a refernce point. if the government has failed you on you ambitions it simply means you are a plunk on a wrong place in the roof.

Ba Mutesa, tell me a country that is doing fine in the world today where there are no problems, i feel all counties in the world have their share of problems. Talk of Greek, the US, UK, Egypt and many more some of these have lived for a long time but are still working on their economies. What are you expecting from a country that has lived for less than 50 years and with a new president. Let give Ba President SATA all the time!! Ours is to support him. No kakonkos will be entertained.
