It is high time we let our able president perform according to promises and challenges ahead. One may understand why MMD cadres are so furious ?? However, for the Goverment to fufil its promises, the persident should advetersise these jobs and let qualified zambian men and women participate in order to excute the programmes in the interest of the nation.Insulting the president won’t take you anywhere, infact if these cadres showed williness to further the programmes of the Govt of the day, stories could have been different today.

I feel for my brother Kasanda, Kitwe DC (former).NWP permanent secretary confirmed with me that only party cadres will be given these posistions. If MMD did it, why not PF? We also need jobs

This is chaos, are we saying all these DCs have not performed to the people’s expectations? Hope the government has also prepared for their repatriation and settling for the incoming.Wont the former and new DCs languish for long before they get their dues?God help us.Has Chikwanda got the money for this because the budget cost has gone up?

Surely..the PF shouted from the roof top when the called MMD names for appointing die hard cardres as DC’s..fires 72 bread winners with immediate effect! Chasing them from their homes with immediate effect! Treated like dogs! And now after appointing the so called civil servants..we now hear them saying-NO-we nmeed a DC that speaks the language of the people..and now they fire more people..rendered jobless! Homeless!

Sata is a courageous leader in terms of passing decisions when the rest least expect the move or cant see the hidden hazards.More courageous leadership workshops be introduced in learning institutions and industries.

Ladies and gentlemen the President yesterday clarified who is a cadre. Each one of us according to him is a cadre. So each one of us can be appointed.
