Police have arrested a 38 year old man for allegedly attempting to sell a 33 year old man for 10 million kwacha.
Ndolatimes reports from Chinsali district in Muchinga province that Isaac Sikanyika 38, was arrested over the Easter holidays for attempting to sell Maybin Siame of the same area, to a local businessman.
And Muchinga province Deputy Police Commissioner Chilinje Nyirenda who confirmed this to Zanis says Sikanyika allegedly approached a named businessman and told him that he had a human being that he wanted to sale.
Police were immediately informed, and they laid an ambush and arrested Sikanyika in the process of the transaction.

How about doing some research before opening your tribalistic mouths? The two subjects are Namwanga, a language as different from Bemba as Tonga Lozi or Luvale. They happen to find themselves in the same province as Bembas Lambias Mambwes and Bisas because the colonialists did not demarcate the provinces according to tribe but to geographical convenience. That’s one reason why you should be careful whom you label what in Zambia
