“YES, I DID WIN THE MONEY FRAUDULENTLY” Confesses MTN 1bn Winner

MTN Zambia’s Grand Prize winner of 1 billion kwacha ‘Let’s go BEEG’ promotion Namuchana Sinuma has confessed to Fraud. And southern province Police commissioner Brenda Muntemba has explained that a vigilant Livingstone Resident suspected fraud when the MTN specialist Jones Ilukena was seen frequenting the one billion winner Namucham Sinuma
And Police have arrested Ilukena and Sinuma over the alleged fraud in MTN
Sources said Sinuma told investigators that her boyfriend MTN Zambia specialist Ilukena constantly informed her how her would manipulate the system to make her win the grand prize and then share the money later. According to sources, during interrogation, Sinuma disclosed that Ilukena was constantly in touch with her, explaining what stage the promotion had reached.
The sources said Sinuma was merely asked to enter a few times more so that it would be easy for him as a specialist to manipulate the run.
“He told her that millions had entered in to the promotion and that she should enter another 10 times for him to be able to play ground with figures and arrange phone numbers in a way that would make her winner after what was supposed to be a random selection,” according to sources.
The two (Sinuma and Kawana, brother in-law of Ilukena) confessed that Mr Ilukena was behind the whole thing and that he told them that after the deal was successful, their lives would change but the guys has denied involvement.”
According to Sources Ilukena traveled to Livingstone after the prize money had been transferred and and met Sinuma and collected K85 million which the duo spent on drinks and food as part of their enjoyment1 after what they called a ‘ successful deal’.

I was telling my friends sometime back that these computer based random draws are prone to manipulation. And this now has comfirmed my fears. Its time to leave these competitions to the promoters and their relatives.

    Okay, more questions need answers.

    1. Since computer based randomisation is prone to manipulation, how many so called winners in all draws seen since then celltel 1st gave out a house in PHI? can someone investigate…
    2. What role does the state loteries board play in these compatition? In light of this billion kwacha mtn fraud scandal is anybody at statelotteries borad losing thier job…
    3. What role does the auditor, in this case grant thornton play at these draws? Do they just send a representative at the draw and then they certify the draw and get thier payment for that(robot doing nothing)…
    4. Is the lotto draw also transparrent? Arent the balls pre-determined to favour certain individuals? Are we going to get a statement from zambian lotto distancing them selves from such fraud or just an explanation of how full proof their system is…
    5. What is going to happen to the millions of us zambians who were dupped to particapate in an exercise that was not free and fair albeit advertised at very high cost to make us convinced to participate? Those of us robbed need our money back, at the least with interest…
    6. AND finally, Ilukena will be used as a scape goat and arrested. But the truth is that he is not the first one and certainly not the last. So what happens to the BIG fish? the one who allowed such a flawed system of lottery to be standardised in the country…

The MTN 1BN Saga is the major blow to the system intellengence structure, it has also challenged their own internal IT audity policy, it’s either the program lacks security login credentials to reveal time to time logins and manipulations by user inputs or the company has no IT internal audit policy in place for such p…rograms, hence the internal IT specialists find it as a temptation to manipulate vulnerable systems. MTN zambia will find it difficult to run such competitions in the future not until it releases the new internal IT audity policy which much address the polous of the current one, otherwise the public have lost confidence in their computerised randomly selection systems.

Ba Jones you have disapointed me for sure. I used to look up to you kanshi you are a thief. Shame on you, I just feel sorry for your wife who happens to be in good standing with the Church especially UCZ were she is a Chief Steward. You have really brought shame on her. Mama Ilukena remain strong and steadfast.God will surely restore your pride. Its unfortunate you and the Children will suffer because he will rot in Jail for sometime.
