“YES, I DID WIN THE MONEY FRAUDULENTLY” Confesses MTN 1bn Winner

MTN Zambia’s Grand Prize winner of 1 billion kwacha ‘Let’s go BEEG’ promotion Namuchana Sinuma has confessed to Fraud. And southern province Police commissioner Brenda Muntemba has explained that a vigilant Livingstone Resident suspected fraud when the MTN specialist Jones Ilukena was seen frequenting the one billion winner Namucham Sinuma
And Police have arrested Ilukena and Sinuma over the alleged fraud in MTN
Sources said Sinuma told investigators that her boyfriend MTN Zambia specialist Ilukena constantly informed her how her would manipulate the system to make her win the grand prize and then share the money later. According to sources, during interrogation, Sinuma disclosed that Ilukena was constantly in touch with her, explaining what stage the promotion had reached.
The sources said Sinuma was merely asked to enter a few times more so that it would be easy for him as a specialist to manipulate the run.
“He told her that millions had entered in to the promotion and that she should enter another 10 times for him to be able to play ground with figures and arrange phone numbers in a way that would make her winner after what was supposed to be a random selection,” according to sources.
The two (Sinuma and Kawana, brother in-law of Ilukena) confessed that Mr Ilukena was behind the whole thing and that he told them that after the deal was successful, their lives would change but the guys has denied involvement.”
According to Sources Ilukena traveled to Livingstone after the prize money had been transferred and and met Sinuma and collected K85 million which the duo spent on drinks and food as part of their enjoyment1 after what they called a ‘ successful deal’.

all these competitions are staged, beleive me no one ever wins legitimately. if you want to win such competitions you have no choice but to do it through the back door or through the window.

The company must close with imediate effect.The News of the world closed in the UK because of few ****** employees.We do not want them to exist again in Zambia so this can serve as a lesson to would be offenders in the future.They must compensate all the people who participated in the promotion.The two I can not emphasise,they are already jailed.

am sure its not the first time, ZICTA must regulate these competitions and allow mobile phone companies concentrate on their core business phone service and internate, currently they behave like a lotery companies. How do you put a billion on the table to be worn by one person? imagin. we are told that they had 13 million entries x K5,0000.00 minimum per scratch card minimum=K65 billion.
further, if its K1,500.00 per text message so they stole (1500×13 000 000.00) 19.5 billion. shame on you ba MTN.
