Cameroon Officially Bans TB Joshua, “He Is A Son Of the Devil”
The Cameroonian government has blacklisted Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, saying that he is an agent of satan hoodwinking unsuspecting members of the public with “diabolical miracles”.
Cameroon Foreign Affairs Minister, Mr. Henri Eyebe Ayissi, in an official communiqué he issued titled: “The Devil Is In the House”, described T.B. Joshua as a “son of the devil” pretending to be “a man of God.”
The minister warned hundreds of Cameroonians, trooping to Lagos, South West Nigeria, for miracles in Joshua’s church, to desist from taking the trip or face the consequences, as the country will not stand by them.
The communiqué written in French read in part: “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns those who by naivety or deception of Emmanuel TV’s captivating images, or even those who by hopelessness, envisage taking the pilgrimage to Pastor T.B. Joshua’s Synagogue Church Of All Nations in Lagos, that they will do so at their own risk.
“The Cameroonian Government warns these pilgrims that they will face the consequences alone. This is motivated by the painful and shameful fact that Cameroonian men and women, in search of deliverance and blessings, once in that church, find themselves in bestial and pitiable conditions.
“Women are raped; pilgrims dispossessed of their belongings by armed robbers and left to sleep on the streets at the mercy of gangs. Many cases of assassinations have even been recorded. And this is without other cases that are not recorded at the Cameroonian Embassy in Lagos with the victims too ashamed to narrate their infernal odysseys once they are out of Hell,” the minister said.
The minister said that while the bible asks us to be discreet with gifts and donations to the poor, T.B. Joshua is seen daily dolling out bags of rice to indigent people.
It was learnt that hundreds of Cameroonians who sold their properties or borrowed money in the hope of getting miracles in T.B. Joshua’s Church, only got disappointed in Lagos.
It was also reported that Prophet TB Joshua’s TV station has gained popularity in Cameroon and many people are tempted to take the trip and receive healings and sudden blessings. It says that Joshua is now in many households in Cameroon and many people believe the flashy images they watch on television.

@ Pissed – thanks for the clarification – I think we have agreed to dis-agree on this one, as my opinion on TB Joshua stands. Watching Emmanuel TV does not make you holier than anyone else – in case you haven’t heard rape and adultery are rife in the church – so simply watching a religious programme does not free one from Sin. Anyway, no grudges held on my end and I wish you all the best with your sweet insults – a word of advice, they might get you into trouble one day – it is rare to come across someone like me who doesn’t take insults to heart.

I’m not pro-T.B Joshua, but I have a small observation. If we agree with the minister that prophet Joshua is a son of the devil and he is apparently performing these miracles, are we assuming that the devil is more powerful than God? In other words, are the sons of the devil more likely to perform miracles than the sons of God?

As at even this very moment, many people from Cameroon are trekking to TB Joshua with faith in Christ and quite many from Cameroon have come out to testify positively about their answered prayers. The Cameroonian govt is an institution that may not experience Christ. It takes a personal relationship and so far many Cameroonians with a personal commitment and relationship with Christ are being saved, healed, delivered, blessed etc through the ministry of this man of God – TB Joshua. Amen

Are these people aware of what they are proclaiming? To be an advocate of devil means to stand in contrary to God Almighty. Do not touch the annointed! God’s wrath will be upon you. In the 21st century, when a person is raped, they have to report to the police. If they are robbed, they report to the police. The police work hand in hand with the media to expose wrong doers and bring them to book/justice. If people were being raped and robbed at SCOAN surely this could have been a headline even on BBC, CNN and Aljeazeera because this church is one of the most popular TV in the world. So I am shocked to hear it from the Minister when the police and the media are unaware about it.Can the minister bring compelling evidence because if he has facts, these allegations border on criminality and if he knows they are happening at SCOAN, he should expose them to the police so that the victims are identified and the perpetrators dealt with or may be it is the same Foreign affairs minister who is the SON OF THE DEVIL bursting in jealousy over the MAN OF GOD!

The bible in Romans 14 starting from vs 1 going down discourages us to judge one another instead to live in harmony and help one another to attain spiritual growth inline with bible teachings. So if T B Joshua IS or IS NOT a man of God, the best u can do is to leave it to God (who is the judge). If u hav seen anything wrong with T B Joshua and u call urself a Christian the best u can do is to help him in the areas he’s lacking so that he grows and God will reward u. Thank u.
