Andeleki Forgives MMD Following Kachingwe’s Apology

The former ruling party alleged that Mr. Andeleki has criminal record and that he was corruptly and improperly placed into his office.
Mr. Andeleki has told Qfm news that MMD national secretary Major Richard Kachingwe has written an apology letter in an attempt to exclude himself from the litigation of libel.
The Chief registrar has since forgiven the MMD.
He has however charged that the main matter in the defamation case involving the Daily Nation has not yet been heard adding that for as long as the no apology letter has written by the private Newspaper, the case will continue.
