Zambia striker James Chamanga’s form in China continued on Sunday when he hit his seventh goal in Dalian Shide’s 2-1 win at Qingdao Jonoon.
Chamanga scored the winning goal in Shide’s away win against Qingdao Jonoon, who are second from bottom in the Chinese Super League.
The Zambia and former Moroka Swallows of South Africa striker scored the winner in the 77th minute to score his fourth goal in three successive league matches.
Shide climbed from seventh to sixth on the table after that win as they have now recorded 25 points from 18 games.
Meanwhile, his compatriots midfielder Isaac Chansa and striker Christopher Katongo continued to with their luckless run of results at bottom placed Henan Jianye.
Henan lost 2-1 away to leaders Gunghou Evergrande on Saturday.
Both Katongo and Chansa started the game although the latter was substituted in the 71st minute and replaced by the Brazilian Leandro Netto.
Katongo, on the other hand, finished the match but did not get his name on the scoreboard.
