His excellency the President was caught on camera dozing. Sata was caught dozing at one of the parades for the security wings.
As Commander-In-Chief of the armed forces, is it very OK to sleep off at such an important event??? What was Sata dreaming about?
Is it old age catching up with his excellency? lol

vry much disappointed wth u guys insulting his excellency,its normal dozing off,the bigman was actually praying for more blessings from above,jst see hw things a moving interms of development,us pipo in the rural areas area seeing the fruits for yo own information,iam toking about the area iam working from,Chienge district luapula province,vry soon the road streatching from kashikishi to lunchinda and branching off to kaputa via chienge district will be tarred and that will bring fast development,the project that MMD failed to work on all the time they were in power.The laziness of government workers has greatly reduced meaning more civil servants are being productive.
