Fire has swept through parts of Dolla Hill Mall in Ndola destroying thousands of goods.
According to investigations, the fire is believed to have started after midnight.
Some security guards say they saw sparks which experts are disputing because the buildings don’t have ceiling boards.
The fire was stopped by the Ndola City Council fire department around 03:30 hours.
The estimated cost for the damage has not yet been established.
Copperbelt Police Commissioner Charity Katanga is yet to give a statement as investigations are still on going.
