SPORTING ACHIEVEMENTS

– Zambia wins the Senior COSAFA Cup ( 2019)
– Zambian wins AFCON Under 20 ( 2017)
– Zambia Qualifies to CHAN 2018 and 2020.
– Zambia Qualified to the FIFA Under 20 and reached the Quarter Finals.
– Zambia Qualifies to the AFCON Under 23 Championships ( 2019)
– Zambia wins 2 COSAFA Under 20 Championships ( 2016 and 2019)
– Zambia wins 2 COSAFA Under 17 Championships ( 2017 and 2019)

ADMINISTRATIVE ACHIEVEMENTS

– Zambian Clubs total Prize money from MTN deal increases from K602,000 to K4.4 Million
– An increase from K8,000 that the bottom 8 clubs received in the top league to K200,000 for all clubs.
– Sponsorship of Division 1 worth K1 Million a season introduced.
– Zambian Leagues Ranking rises to 7th in Africa which is its highest ever position.
– Supersport starts broadcasting Division 1 matches.
– FAZ signs a K60 million sponsorship deal with Yatu Media to stream Zambia Junior National team games online.
– FNB become first ever Sponsors of the Zambia Under 20.
– First ever Provincial Cup Competition introduced with K100,000 to all Provincial Champions.
– FAZ begins setting up first ever provisional offices to decentralize football.
– FAZ starts process of delinking the league for the first time since the 1972 season and introduces an interim CEO.
– All Lower League teams receive kit and K5,000 per season.
– Zambia’s first ever Youth League introduced.

– Zambia wins its first ever AFCON in 2012.
– Zambia Qualifies to four AFCONs ( 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015)
– Zambia finished 3rd at CHAN 2008.
– Zambia Qualifies to two CHAN tournaments ( 2008, 2015)
– Zambia wins the Senior Cosafa Cup ( 2013)
-Zambia Under 20 wins Cosafa Cup twice ( 2010, 2011)
– Zambia Qualifies for AFCON Under 20 ( 2015)
– Zambia Qualifies to AFCON Under 17 for the first time ( 2015)
– Zambia Qualifies for its first ever Womens Under 17 world Cup ( 2014)

ADMINISTRATIVE SUCCESS

– FAZ signs a Sponsorship deal for the League with MTN.
– Airtel Rising Stars begins in Zambia.
– Muvi TV starts broadcasting Division 1 matches.
– Zambia wins BID to host the 2017 AFCON Under 20 and 2019 AFCON Under 23.
– The Senior Zambia National team secrures sponsorship from Zambia Breweries in 2012.
– The Zambian National Teams Ranking moves to 4th in Africa in 2012 which is the teams highest ranking in over 13 years.
– Organizing friendlies for Senior National team against Brazil, Norway, North Korea, Japan, South Korea, India.

RICHARD KAZALA ( AS NCHANGA RANGERS CHAIRMAN FROM 2007 TO 2012)

SPORTING SUCCESS

– Nchanga Rangers finish second in 2010 which is their highest position in over 10 years.
– Rangers Qualify for Continental football for the first time in 11 years ( 2011 season .

ADMINISTRATIVE SUCCESS

– Nchanga Rangers go for preseason in South Africa in preparation for continental football ( 2011).
– Helps improve Nchanga Stadium during his time there.
– Helps see Nchanga Rangers grant from KCM increased to $300,000 a season)
