PF WITHDRAWS 3 Election PETITIONS From The HIGH COURT

THREE losing PF parliamentary candidates in the September 20th polls have filed notices to have their election results petition case withdrawn.
The three who aspired for parliamentary seats in Lwangeni and Kapoche constituencies in Eastern province and Siavonga constituency in Southern province have asked the Lusaka High court to have their petitions withdrawn.
In Lwangeni in Eastern Province PF’s George Zulu had petitioned against the election of Charles Zulu who stood as an independent candidate.
PF’s Paradistal Sakala who lost the Kapoche seat had petitioned the election of MMD’s Nicolas Banda as duly elected MP.
And in Siavonga Lovemore Kanyama, petitioned the election of Kennedy Hamudulu.
The high court has not yet granted the notice to withdraw the three petitions.

Thank God these guys are coming back to their senses, how I wish all the so called petitions are withdrawn. Our Mother Zambia will loose billions of kwacha to hold the unnecessary by-elections on the expense of development.

    SATA and false pretence!!

. When someone says that when you give them money they can buy deliver you a car and when they get the money from you they fail to do so you can take them to police and they will be charged with “Obtaining Money by False Pretence”.

. The same should apply when a politician says if you vote for me I will give you development in 90 days, I will give you constitution in 90 days, I will introduce the windfall tax; but when you vote for him he does not give you the things promissed in exchange for the vote, then you can take them to police and they will be charged with “Obtaining Votes by False Pretence”

    .
SATA has one of the above cases to answer to the Zambian public!!!!

    .
I hope the police can take it up!!!

FINE…..dont be so dull. Tell me one politician who has really, and I mean really lived up to his campaign promises. Few promises are delivered. Majority of the promises are never delivered. That’s what politics is all about. HE MCS has 4 years and 9 months to go……………wait and see what this great man will do for Zambia
