MUTEMBO Nchito IGNORES 5 Days Ultimatum Given To Him By LAZ To Respond To Allegations Of Misconduct And FORGERY

DIRECTOR of Public Prosecutions Mutembo Nchito has ignored the five day ultimatum given to him by the Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) to respond to allegations of misconduct and forgery.
The Association wrote to Nchito on January 11, 2012 and gave him a five day ultimatum in which to respond to a complaint against him that he forged a supreme court Judges order contrary to the legal practitioners Act.
This follows complaints that Mutembo forged a Judicial Order thereby committing a criminal felony which carries amaximum seven years imprisonment.
The letter which was signed by acting Administrative Assistant Bainstone Laimo and copied to the association’s President, Vice President, Honorary Secretary, Treasurer, the executive director, the convener Legal Practitioners Committee and the complainant in the matter Alfred Ndhlovu, cautioned Nchito that the absence of his response would force the Legal Practitioners Committee to proceed hear the case in his abasence.
Mr. Ndhlovu a former minister charged that Mutembo was not qualified and fit to hold the office of DPP.
Mutembo has ignored LAZ’s order to respond to the complaint against him and therefore the association has written him a reminder.“Yes I can confirm that he has not yet responded to the earlier request and just yesterday (Wednesday) we wrote to him,” said the source.

Mutembo should be prosecuted in the same way he prosecute others for justice to p….. this PF Gov it doest mind who is who in kungena nchabe. Shame you are there holding your friends cases firmily when you know your miss conduct.

That Mr Ndhlovu is the same chap who was spearhearding the 3 rd Term Campaign for Chiluba with Peter Katyoka. Those allegations have no substance. How on earth does Mutembo forge Supreme Court Judges Order? Practically impossible! Ba Ndhlovu your time is up retire and it is a pitty if you never made savings from the TV appearances supporting Chiluba. We know you are the Chifires, Chimbas and Lifwekelos of those days. Life is dynamic, and imagine Ndhlovu will never be a factor today. Can not even feature on ready for marriage show…

why didt those allegations come during the time when Mutembo was being ratified by Parliament? plunderers always want a way out of issues, I can assure you not this time around. Corruption must be rooted out regardless of the people involved! the saame Mutembo Nchito and the Post were accused of money laundering, but the accusers failed to substatiate their claims! so Ndhlovu I hope you know the consequences of what you are trying to bring up?

Impossible for a lawyer of Mutembo’s stature to engage in forgery and remain on the practitioner’s list. Ignore this bitter Ndhlovu. You do not have to look very far in history to who he is and what he stands for

@ plunderer and chips I agree with you, they know what Mutembo can do and therefore desparate to bring him down. But we are praying for just in the same manner we were praying for HE MCS before elections. The former Vice president once said, that there is too much foolish in Zambia and this during the by-election campaign after the death of Hnr Cameron Pwele. Lazimans’ Association of Zambia (LAZ) is slowly becoming unlearned.
1.Did Mutembo commit the felon as DPP? If yes then HEMCS shd set up a tribunal to investigate. If not then LAZ should disband and members start burning charcoal.
2.LAZ is calling some judges to be purged for being corrupt. The question is who corrupts the judges?
