Dr Ngoma Says ‘SATA Has A Challenge Finding Right People’

Foundation for Democratic Process (FODEP) president Alex N’goma has urged the PF government to avoid disturbances in the government system in order for it to deliver efficiently.

Dr. N’goma notes that it is important for the PF government to come up with a system that will allow it to identify suitable people for various positions.

He adds that it is understandable that President Sata is a seasoned politician but that he has a challenge of finding people that will help him execute his vision for Zambia.

Dr. N’goma who is also a political analyst observes that the PF has never been in government before and that as a ruling party, it should be allowed TO FIND its winning formula that will allow it to find credible people for government appointments.

This is very true that the President is seeking right people who can deliver on the promises that were made during the campaign period. However, to seek such fellows he needs to be guided, prayer and much observations and not criticism as I have read from certain media. Remember MMD took so many years in power and yet very little progress made. Mr. President you are on the right track so far just be focused as you seem to be. Thanks you have my support

That is Dokota, In fact I encourage the President to be advertising these positions as there are Qualified Zambians out there who can assist him. If possible let him also consult institutions such as the World Bank for independent advise.

LoL! PF bootlickers, there they go again! This sounds like music to them. Come 2016, PF will have nothing to show for their work. Only tribe will remain on their side. So every right minded Zambian will find it right to vote them OUT.

how can the president find the right when he himself is not sure of what he wants. ministries been aligned and realigned. Pf should have had a shadow cabinet while in the opposition. how does the president publicly instruct minister for youth to come up with a plan on how to solve youth problems. meaning the pf has no policy on youth as a party and government that is why we are opening ourselves to ridicule from HH……

What right track is the president on Mr Jackson? the pf govt has failed to tackle their 90 days agenda for this country. tel the pf to stop making funny pronoucements which amounts to nothing at all. we have too many spokes persons in pf gov’t thats way things are not working out accordingly. so stop praising pf for nothing but that pipo need more jobs and monies in our pockets as promised through the creation of employment and investors coming in.

What is better keeping incompetent fellows for fear of HH unguided critisism or changing as many players as posible to come up with the Herve Morinho AFCON winning TEAM? St Michael has enough time to deliver let him change portfolios and individuals as much as is required.People who voted for Michael are patient with him but HH and his minions would never rest. They are becoming more impatient and frustrated.

The Dr. is right. But above all this, PF has appointed very wrong chaps in key positions. Some chaps from the POST are wrong ones and only time will tell. If the behaviour by Mmembe is anything to go by, the POST NEWSPAPER cannot provide quality people to run and manage ministries and departments. George chella and amos malupenga are childish and suffer a serious inferiority complex to manage people. Anyway, time will tell.

The whole PF arrangement is a circus. Mr. Sata is a chumbu munshololwa, ngawaolola ninshi wakontola, translated Mr. Sata can never be advised because he never listens and takes no advice. I underline never listens and takes no advise. He has people amongst his ministers who can perform wonders if only he can let the work independently. An example he has completely refused to listen to anyone about reversing the alignment of ITT and Chirundu. The opposition is also just busy chasing the wind and have no strategy to unsit PF come 2016. In 2016 you will see a fragmented opposition because all parties will be after the presidency. Only way to go is 50 plus 1 for presidency. Maybe then we can have some quality. I hope the 50 + 1 will not be torpedoed by the PF because in 2016 Mr. Sata will not win on this clause

Making excuses for a lunatic! So you are trying to tell me that for 10 years in oppossition Sata couldn’t figure out where his friends can be placed in government? He is more pathetic than we thought! And what do you mean by ‘PF has never been in government’? Sata himself and 70% of his directionless cronies have been in governments since UNIP! They obviously didn’t gather anything from that experience except how to lie, threaten, steal and waste peoples time and money! Pathetic Fools (PF)!!!

We seem to have a problem where leadership is concerned even at the first place the president took some time to form his cabinet a sign to show that he had a problem of who to put where, I am sure we do not lucky people who can help advice the president, there are capable Zambians even from the opposition parties who are willing to work with the president if approached, in any case, the parliament and the Zambian people can help debate this issue of just picking any one the president feels can perform, we really need be very careful on this matter other wise we are heading for a disaster. Some positions such as PS can be advertised including qualifications so that qualified people can apply and go for interviews then the best candidate can get the job.

majority of the people in the PF govt are not qualified enough. just because someone has grey hair does not mean they are qualified.

Spot on Doc,worry is, SATA does not listen, he will not even consult you for that free advice. He has loads and tonnes of kaponyas to impress, but again you cant blame him, he was in the oven with them but he has to look at the bigger picture, his cabinet, PS’s, and so forth need to make things happen professionally so that he gets the credit, simple.

only people without wisdom cannot see that we have no direction as a country. Sata has failed maybe he was brought to see that we need a new generation of leaders who will take the country to higher heights. ala ukuteka is not easy.lets try a christian president not these masonists.time moves sata is busy changing positions. my plea to him is he must leave a good reguss as we vote me with all those promises.mudala time moves 2016 is not far you can run but hide you almost getting to where RB was . kamwala south roads are getting bad every day and our member of parliament Given lubinda is busy flying out like a goose instead of attending to our problems . shame to you GL. time will definately bring you back to us.
may God provide us with leaders who have feelings for people .

I think what the PF should do is to have the list of all its members and qualifications. From there The they can choose people who are suitable. PF has more people who are qualified but the only problem they are not identified by the ward , Constituency committees. Please PF take this Advise as a serious one.Or just use the OP who cant be Bias on this issue.

I agree with Doc,Lets give PF time.Sata is trying to balance credible pipo in all positions thou its taking long. Some qualified Pf supporters are still in the background but those with no papers are putting pressure on the big man. Lets just work together and support our president. There is time for everything. Ask the MMD, did they ever think they would leave that power? So HH will also have his time if God has planned it that way.One Zambia One Nation.

Ngoma after stealing that ballot in SA still has the audacity to give some ill conceived advice, whata country!

And what did he say again…’sata is a seasoned politician and its undestandable for him to have a challenge’, really?

I have lived in england for ages (well, i know a thing about english, if you like…tongue in cheek)and I can tell you whatever he said does not make sense and its plain styupid.
