Mutharika Knew He Was Dying: TB Joshua

NIGERIAN preacher Temitope Balogun (TB) Joshua is being touted as the king maker of Malawi’s new President Joyce Banda, and says the deceased Bingu wa Mutharika wrote to him six days prior to his death.
In a live broadcast on his Emmanuel TV station on Sunday, TB Joshua said Mutharika knew that the prophecy was about him.
TB Joshua, who heads the Synagogue Church of All Saints (Scoan), on three separate occasions, predicted the death of an African President in April. His first prophecy was on February 5, then on March 18 then the last one on April 1.
“When a prophet says I can see death, he is simply telling you to put your house in order,” TB Joshua said on Sunday. But everyone would like to hear when and how?”
“Here we are only passing through, tell your neighbour. Nine days ago, I received a letter from his Excellency Malawi President. He sent it to me because he knew I was talking about him.”
TB Joshua did not disclose the contents of the letter, which had a Malawi government emblem and the late President’s signature, saying it was “personal”.
He said Mutharika knew the end was nigh.
Mutharika, 78, then died suddenly from a heart attack last Thursday, paving way for the enthronement of Banda.
The new Malawi President, who spent the larger part of last year visiting Prophet TB Joshua’s Nigeria-based temple, became the first female head of state in southern Africa following the sudden death of Mutharika.
Banda’s enthronement has shaken-up Malawi’s political establishment and spawned conspiracy theories amid speculation that she had something to do with her rival’s death.
She was elected as the country’s vice president alongside Mutharika — but spectacularly fell out after she was expelled from Mutharika’s DPP party and formed her own People’s Party.
Mutharika had relentlessly persecuted Banda following their fallout, and during one of her visits to TB Joshua’s temple, she was quoted saying: “I have been the most victimised person in the year, but God and Malawians especially women have been faithful to me.”
A 61-year-old mother of three, Banda has been consulting TB Joshua since 2009 when her husband suffered a stroke. Her husband was healed by TB Joshua’s prayers. He recovered his voice, which had been lost due to the stroke.
Banda has ever since visited the controversial Nigerian prophet, culminating in her latest enthronement to see out the remainder of Mutharika’s term until 2014.
TB Joshua’s followers have sensationally posted on video-sharing site YouTube the doomsday prophecies in videos simply titled: “God is Still Saying Something”.
The February 5 clip says: “April. What I’m seeing on the board, I cannot stand here and begin to tell you this April this is what is going to happen, but I’m praying.
“When it’s too close and I cannot do anything about it I will say it, but I’m still talking to Father.
“But if I realise there is nothing I can do about it, and it is too close, I will talk. Whatever name you call me, call me. I will talk.”
“We should pray for one African Head of State, when I say President, against the sickness that will take life, sudden death.”
“Sickness for a long time, being kept in the body for a long time. God showed me the country and the place.”
That is followed by the March 18 prophecy, where TB Joshua reiterates that the end was close for the doomed head of State.
“You have to pray for the whole world. Is it Thursday of this week, or next week or three Thursdays coming? But what happened on Thursday?
“Before I come out to say something in your midst, I’ve been praying and praying.
“Which country? God said ‘pray for the world’.”
Then the last prophecy on April 1, where TB Joshua prophesies that the end is nigh.
“Last time, I said we should pray for a leader of a country and people gave different meanings to what I said. And I want to say God will forgive you all,” he said.
“But you cannot stop me from saying what God put in my heart. What I was saying is very close now.
“Do you want to hear more? It’s very, very close now.
“Whether you like it or not, this is what I have seen. Pray for your leader.
“The person concerned, God showed me, but I’m praying to see whether this can be changed. Pray for your leader. The head of a nation. I’m seeing a sudden death, this is as a result of sickness.”
“Quote me. The Lord showed me the country, the person is within Africa, so pray. This is not even in West Africa.”
After TB Joshua’s prophecy has come to pass, focus turns to Zimbabwe, where Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai, who has visited the Scoan headquarters in search of spiritual guidance, has also claimed that God plans leadership changes in Zimbabwe.

6 days before Mutharika’s death was 30th March 2012. This is when Mbingu wrote to TBJ. But on 1st April 2012, TB Joshua PROPHESIED that the death was now close. After receiving and reading the deceased letter ??????

Something is not right here people of Malawi. Wake up! I might not have agreed with Bingu’s policies but things do not add up. And yes i agree with Wanu Ngwee, why didn’t TB predict the Mali coup which is much closer to Nigeria? I think someone other than the Malawi government should try to find out what really happened to Bingu. Perhaps a postmortem will reveal the real cause of his death. For goodness sake, the guy was only 78 years old and that is not old in Western standards.

Any true servant of God seeks to bring glory to God and his preoccupation is preaching Christ and Him crucified so that people get saved and not just healed physically and at the end of the day go to the Lake of Fire! And thia man should have also mentioned the letter that Bingu sent to him before he died, not lilya afwa that’s when you mention it! Iyo!!! A true prophet will keep all the commandments of God including the fourth commandment. James 2:10 says you can keep the whole law but if you stubble in one point you are guilt of it all. Do not think l have come to do away with the teachings of the law and the prophets but to fulfil (Matt 5:17) . A true prophet of God will teach people to observe all the commandments including the SABBATH commandments. They worship me in vain for they teach man made rules as though they were my rules ( Matt 15:9 ). We are warned of the false prophets who will do signs and wonders in the last days if possible they shall deceive the very elect. See to it that you are not the elect who will be decided. Let’s pray for this spiritual blindness. Stay all blessed. GOD is able to show you the truth.

This Episode is an eye openner!
And those who watched on sunday should have seen a clearly rehearsed session of one wiseman with a man who was accused of having a crocodile spirit. If you were spiritually alert, you would see that the whole deliverance process, and the conversation thereof between the wiseman and the supposedly possessed man, was rehersed. It did not look original at all. It was surprising that the evil spirit in the man is the one that started giving testimony of how good emmanuel tv was….my foot!!!

Now this explains everything.Of Mutharika wrote the prophet that he was dying a few weeks before it happend then Joyce Banda had been patronising the prophet.This raises a lot of speculations about the validity of the prediction.Why?Joyce can have been leaking information about the late’s health probably from doctors close to her and secondary,The contents of the so called personal letter has the cue.The late told theprophet that doctors had given not long to live and must have been pleading for prayers to serve him.
So Africans where is the prophecy here?
For it’s written in the scriptures thast in the last days alot of strange things will be happening.The devil will use God’s name for their evil intentions.
Let’s Africans not be gullible and believe everything.(The word ‘gullible’is derived from a sea bird called gull that swallows anything without descerniing including bottles)let’s not be like these birds.

The truth is no one really knows without a doubt that he is what he says he is or he is not because none of us have really prayed ernestly to God for a sign or for an answer. We are all blind.
